   There are three spectres that will cast curse. They can be killed quite easily and respawn roughly every 4-5 minutes.
   
   The wall 1 north of the stairs can be portal'd into by a thief or wiz, which will be a much safer place to fight as it will avoid the cursing spectres.
   
   Fleshripper can drop a PP Amulet with +5hp/+5 sta regen, DPs, and rarely an upgraded version of the silver returning axe.
