=== Quest Steps ===
# Head towards the Super Dragons (Dragon Town) - ask for help/direction if you don't know where this is.
# Right after you use the "hole hex" to "teleport" you close to Dragon Town (you'll get the notification that you've "fallen 0 feet"), but before you head West to the island where most parties tend to fight the Super Dragons...
# Head East until you can't go any further, then go South - you'll see Ryouko.
# Have Ryouko teach (no need to drop anything for him)
# Now, head back towards Dragon Town. If you have 38 hide, then the Super Dragons can't see you when hidden, and you can do this next step without killing them. However, it's safest to have a party clear them out first.
# In Dragon Town, head Northeast as far as you can, then East as far as you can, then a little Southeast - you should find some stairs, go up them.
# There are 3 NPCs here - go to the East NPC called "Makon" (there are two named this, go to the East one).
# Drop your Vengeance Dagger and ask Makon to teach. He will drop the Makon's Paw (pick it up).
# You're done in Dragon Town now - for the next steps you don't need to be here if you don't want.
# Now, you'll need to ask a GM on Discord to help you get your Fan (which is needed for the next step). Depending on GM and your own availability, this could be quick/immediate or could take a day or two to align schedules.
# Once you've got the fan, head back to Annwn town, and go to the Thieves Guild there (Eastern side of town - look for the dagger wall-hanging as usual)
# Once you've gone downstairs into the Thieves Guild, head to the center + Northern-most part of the room where you'll find Shiki.
# Drop the fan at his feet, ask him to 'teach', and he'll give you the Makon Dagger.
