Located on "Eastern Island", the rope is located directly east of the entrance to Giant Castle (past the mountain that's in the way). There are several NPCs and various critters in Sheba's lair. Sheba herself jumpkicks and can hit for upwards of 120. Drops Jacket and helm that grant +6 STR but they are both broken.
