Important - You must have a hide skill of level 24 or higher before attempting this quest! (Hide skill is calculated as your character level plus your magic skill level - make sure these add up to 24!)
- Head up to Lock Pick Town (in Axe Glacier)
- Make sure you're hiding (with 24 hide level or higher!)
- Go south to find Cidev in the southern-most building in Lock Pick town
- Ask Cidev to teach - he'll drop you the dagger.
Tip: You can have him teach multiple times to have spare daggers in case you die and lose one
