How to obtain
To upgrade your 
to a heavy silver Knight's halberd, you must take it with you to Leng inside Vlad's tower on the 3rd level and speak with the ghost Agitus. Be wary of invisible monsters and casters! They can provide quite a challenge for nearly any solo adventurer.
