How to obtain them:

• Dragon Scale Boots:
  • Start the quest by talking to Cobbler.Theo who is located in Kesmai town next to the tanner
  • Now head down to -4 and kill Daisy
  • Take her corpse back up to town and tan it and you will receive Dragon Scales
  • Take the dragon scales back over to Cobbler.Theo, drop them, and teach
  • You will receive the Dragon Scale Boots
